Your Retirement Planning

At Wilsonart, employees receive a very competitive 401(k) plan.

• Wilsonart provides an automatic contribution of 3% of your pay (Safe Harbor Contribution); regardless of whether or not you contribute to the 401(k) plan. For those that do contribute, there is also a very competitive company match as follows:
  • 100% of first 3% of your contribution
  • 50% of next 3% of your contribution
